About Us
My name is Emma-Maria Michaela Schwarz ...
... and I am very pleased that you have found your way to us. As a Swabian native, I have always been familiar with Springerle. However, I did not realize that this would become my passion until 2004, when I was offered the opportunity to become a distribution partner for the Springerle molds from the Änis-Paradies company. My love for the traditional Springerle pastry was quickly ignited. In baking classes, I learned to make these finely crafted Springerle using various recipes and techniques, and I tinkered until I had created my own personal and unique Springerle recipe.
