The story of Emma's Springerle

My name is Emma-Maria Michaela Schwarz, and I'm so glad you found your way to us. As a native of Swabia, Springerle were always familiar to me. However, I only discovered quite by chance in 2004 that they would become my passion – I was offered the opportunity to become a sales partner for Springerle Model from Änis-Paradies. My love for the traditional Springerle biscuit was quickly ignited. In baking classes, I learned various recipes and techniques for making these delicate, handcrafted Springerle and perfected my own unique recipe.
