LEADER funding for Emma's Springerle

Tradition supported by Europe: With the support of the LEADER funding program for the Middle Swabian Alb region, we were able to open Emma's Springerle Manufactory in September 2019, featuring the world's largest exhibition and sale of Springerle molds, and welcome Springerle enthusiasts. In our manufactory, we produce Emma's Springerle in our glass-walled production area. Tradition and craftsmanship to see and touch! This funding has made it possible for us to pursue the sale and production of Springerle molds and the cookies themselves as a full-time occupation. We thank LEADER for this support and are delighted that our Springerle have found a home in the Old Camp in the heart of the Swabian Alb.
