About Emma and her Springerle

Welcome to our world of Springerle and Model. My name is Emma-Maria Michaela Schwarz and I am so glad you found your way to us.

As a native of Swabia, Springerle were always familiar to me. However, I only discovered by chance in 2004 that they would become my passion – I was offered the opportunity to become a sales partner for Springerle Model from Änis-Paradies. My love for the traditional Springerle biscuit was quickly ignited. I learned how to make these delicate, handcrafted Springerle in baking courses, exploring various recipes and techniques, and perfected my own unique Springerle recipe.

From our home kitchen, the increasing demand quickly drove us to the basement, where we had converted our bakery into a larger space. But even that soon became too small, and so in 2019 I decided to finally turn my passion for Springerle into a full-time profession.

Emma's Springerle GmbH has been the first home of our Springerle cookies ever since, before they are conveniently delivered to your doorstep via our delivery service.

Emma's Springerle's new home has been the [location] since September 2019. Albgut Münsingen . This historic military camp in the Swabian Biosphere Reserve is home to exquisite traditional crafts. Our handcrafted production is located in the historic BT15 building, where visitors can admire the work through glass walls. The world's largest model exhibition, complete with model sales and over 1,000 designs, also invites you to linger and browse.
