About Us

Welcome to our world of Springerle and molds. My name is Emma-Maria Michaela Schwarz and I am very pleased that you have found your way to us.

As a native Swabian, I was always familiar with Springerle. However, it wasn't until 2004 that I discovered by chance that this would become my passion – I was offered the opportunity to become a sales partner for Springerle molds from Änis-Paradies. My love for the traditional Springerle pastry was quickly ignited. I learned how to craft fine Springerle through baking courses using various recipes and techniques, and I tinkered with my own personal and unique Springerle recipe.

Rising demand quickly drove us from our home kitchen to a converted basement bakery. But that too soon began bursting at the seams, and so in 2019, I made the decision to finally turn my passion for Springerle into a full-time profession.

Since then, Emma’s Springerle GmbH has been the primary home for our Springerle before they are conveniently delivered right to your front door.

The new home of Emma’s Springerle has been Albgut Münsingen since September 2019. This historic military camp in the Swabian Alb biosphere reserve is home to the finest traditional manufactures. Our artisanal production facility is located in the historic building BT15 and can be admired through glass walls. The world's largest mold exhibition, complete with mold sales and over 1,000 designs, also invites you to linger and browse.
