Anise bread

Anise bread is a special delicacy from Southern Germany that has almost been forgotten and is once again being lovingly handcrafted by us using only the finest ingredients.

At Emma's Springerle Manufaktur, all ingredients are weighed by hand and processed into a fine, light mixture. The anise bread is then baked in a stone oven, sliced, and subsequently toasted until crispy. An extraordinary treat!
