Original Emma's Springerle mold. Sturdy, food-safe, and biodegradable. Made in Münsingen, Germany.

It is made of PLA (polylactic acid), a biodegradable plastic. This consists of 100% renewable raw materials, primarily corn starch or sugar cane.
