Your customer account is now even more secure and modern.

You may have already noticed that something has changed when logging into our shop. We migrated our customer accounts to a new system on 30.07.2026.

We realize that changes can sometimes feel unfamiliar at first. That is why we would like to briefly explain why we have taken this step.

The most important reason is: more security for your customer account.

Instead of logging in with a permanent password, you will now receive a one-time code via email every time you log in. You can only log in using this code.

This protects your customer account better, because there is no longer a permanent password that can fall into the wrong hands.

How to log in

• Simply enter your email address and press the Enter key.
• You will receive a one-time login code via email.
• Enter the code into the fields – and you are in your customer account.

Your data will, of course, be preserved

As long as you continue using the same email address, the following applies: All your previous orders and your customer data will remain saved in your customer account. Only the login method has changed.
