Anise bread

Anise bread is a special delicacy from southern Germany that had fallen into oblivion and is now being lovingly handcrafted again using the finest ingredients.

At Emma's Springerle Manufactory, all the ingredients for the anise bread are weighed by hand and processed into a fine, airy dough before being baked in a stone oven, sliced, and then toasted until crisp. An exceptional treat, made with the finest ingredients and a great love of baking.
