In our "Springerle Bakery," you'll learn how to make the perfect Springerle in a group of up to 14 participants. Discover all the secrets and tips so that you too can successfully create these decorative cookies with their famous "feet."
Experience the history of this pastry and learn more about the tradition of Springerle. Discover everything you need to know about preparing the dough. Learn how to properly shape the molds and cut out your favorite designs. Explore other exciting ways to use Springerle molds outside of the bakery.
Our product range, expertise and experience are at your disposal in the bakery and workshop, from aperitif to finished Springerle dough.

For course cancellations, 100% of the fee will be refunded up to 14 days in advance, and 50% up to 7 days in advance. No refunds are possible after that. Cancellations and rebookings must be submitted in writing to info@springerle.net. Rescheduling to another date is only possible if spaces are available.
